Cannot locate content types

Thanks a lot for the suggestions.

I don't have a content type Hub yet, so it doesn't work for my case.

Using the PowerShell script, I got the content type names with their IDs. But it didn't show where they are located in the site. So how can I rename/ delete a content type using a PowerShell?
